Join prostate cancer survivors and supporters at the 6th Annual MIU Run for the Ribbon

Register your team to celebrate prostate cancer survivorship at the Michigan Institute of Urology Men’s Health Foundation Run for the Ribbon on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15. The 5K run/walk start, finish and free parking is located at the Detroit Zoo in Royal Oak, Mich. and begins at 8 a.m.
Participants will receive commemorative medals at the finish line and back bibs to wear in celebration of a loved one’s fight. Special gifts and awards will be presented to teams, top runners and for the first time, the newest father.
All proceeds benefit men’s health advocacy and the awareness, education, research and treatment of prostate cancer and men’s health related issues.
The cost for early registration, by May 23, is $25 for adults and $15 for children. Registrations made from May 24 to June 13 are $30 for adults and $20 for children. Online registration at www.miurunfortheribbon.org is available until June 13. After June 13, participants must register on race day.
